The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'. The petitioner alongwith his family members are alleged to have committed torture with the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, as a result of which, she was forced to commit suicide.

Petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is specific and direct allegation of committing torture and demand of dowry. Deceased died in an unnatural circumstances within seven years of marriage at her matrimonial home. Considering the nature and gravity of offence and the
