2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 930 of 2023 registered for offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused persons opened fired upon the brother of the informant.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, this court is of the considered opinion that petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail in the present case.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

7. The FIR is of the year 2023 i.e., more than one and half years old FIR in which the accused persons have not been arrested.

8. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arresting the petitioner if he doesn't surrender within four weeks.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
