It is alleged that petitioner assaulted the informant with farsa.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 23.07.2012 the F.I.R. has been registered on 30.07.2012. There is counter version of the occurrence and the injury has been found to be simple. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
