Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 341, 342, 323, 376D, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has very specifically stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she was not only kidnapped by the petitioner and his associates but also she was brutally raped by the petitioner and his associates. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014 corresponding to POCSO
