The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narhat (Sitamadhi) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147 148, 149, 302, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2021 and is the order giver.

Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5335 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Narhat (Sitamadhi) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2020.

If the other accused have not been apprehended, the Court below will separate the trial of this petitioner and frame charge.
