2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Cae No. 222 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed his wife for demand of dowry by poisoning her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has actively

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the prosecution delays the trial then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
