2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 110, 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2) & (3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners assaulted informant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8271 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 other family members, as a result of which, altogether three persons sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as a matter of fact, on the alleged date, due to land dispute, a scuffle took place between the parties, in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Court No. 11, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
