JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the Central Selection Board. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to appoint her on the post of constable pursuant to Advertisement No. 01/2014. Learned counsel for the respondent-Central Selection Board submits that the issue with regard to selection process pursuant to Advertisement no. 01/2019 was set at rest by the Division Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.920 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that selection process pursuant to Advertisement no. 01/2014 was completed way back in 2015 and thereafter the respondents had invited applications pursuant to Advertisement no. 01/2017 and pursuant thereto, selection process has also been finalized and thereafter Advertisement No. 01/2019 was published.

Since after Advertisement no. 01/2014, the respondents commenced selection process in 2017 as well as in 2019, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition. The petitioner has not approached this Court for redressal of his grievance within due time and the Court is not inclined to issue any direction for selection pursuant to Advertisement No. 01 of 2014 which itself concluded in 2015.

The writ petition is dismissed.
