Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.596 of 2019 dt.01-11-2022 2/3 to unfreeze or release the holdings of the F.D. Bank Account No. 466156110000036, 4661561120000037 and 466156110000092 of the Siddique Memorial Foundation Society and after releasing/unfreezing the said F.D. account adjust the loan amount in Loan A/C No. 466161110000028 from the F.D. account and after adjusting return the rest amounts of F.D. Rs. By Cheque/Cash to the petitioner for which he is legally entitled to by virtue of being Secretary of the Society, And also the change the address and signatory of the Society as per the decision of the Society. And/or issue any other appropriate Writ/Writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioners may be legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances stated hereunder."

Shri Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank, refers to and relies upon the decision rendered by Hon'ble the Apex Court in State of Maharashtra Vs. Tapas D Neogy;(1999) 7 SCC 685. After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to initiate appropriate action before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

Petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
