The petitioner is accused in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner and 15 others have come on the confessional statement of co-accused Suday Kumay, except that there is nothing against him showing the involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19963 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-II, Biharsharif, Nalanda, in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
