The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 10 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 33(b)(c) and 63 Forest Act, 1989.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the occurrence took place on 23.07.2013 whereas the matter was sent to the Court on 09.01.2014 after lapse of six months. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-3rd Gaya in connection with Forest Case No. 10 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
