Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Chandan Kumar who provided account numbers to the victim and thereafter, victim deposited amount in different accounts including bank account of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of similar nature but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been remanded in almost all cases after institution of the present case. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Indrani Kisku, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned court in Shastrinagar P.S. Case
