1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case no. 303 of 2023 registered under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on seeing the police personnel, it is stated that the petitioner made an attempt to escape but was caught. On being asked to produce the documents with respect to the motorcycle, no document was produced. It is stated that on enquiry it transpired that the petitioner is involved in the sale and purchase of stolen vehicles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for 7 months since 13.7.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case no.303 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, West Muzaffarpur, District- Muzaffarpur.
