The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 682/2018, arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 182/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused as mentioned in the impugned order.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence informant got information on telephone that dead body of her husband Mintu Ram is lying in Teka Bigha Tal. The informant went there and saw dead body of her husband. The

Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge 1st, Barh in connection with S.Tr. No. 682/2018, arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 182/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
