The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against 11 persons, admittedly, the informant is not an eyewitness. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations and also there being no further cogent material in the case diary, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
