The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted his wife and subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant is ready to live with her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28628 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Manoj Kumar -IV, the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria in Complaint Case No. 4032-C of 2012.
