JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, looted 80 tin of Fortune Refine oil and 60 tin of Dhara Refine oil of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner has surfaced in this case during the course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that looted articles have
