The petitioner seeks bail in Isuapur P.S. Case No. 52/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47 (A) of the Excise Act and 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

More than 8800 litres of sprit were recovered from a truck bearing no. WB-23B-0750 on the basis of information. Name of the petitioner figured in the case but in fact nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.D. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 52/2015.
