Heard learned counsel Mr. Ram Chandra Pandey for the petitioner.

In this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is praying for issuing writ in the nature of prohibition to the court below for not allowing the parties to sell the land. Admitted position is that the suit has already been dismissed for default.

In view of the above reliefs sought for and the fact that the suit has already been dismissed, this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable and accordingly, it is dismissed.
