The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which has already been rejected by order dated 24.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 32207 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 11.03.2014 and in near future there is no likelihood of early conclusion of the trial and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.
Finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with S.T. No. 244 of 2014 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2013 pending in the court of A.D.J- 6th, Buxar.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
