The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No.699 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considered the order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24160 of 2021, by which similarly situated accused persons have been granted regular bail.

For the reasons, mentioned in the order dated 23.12.2021, this application for grant of bail is allowed.

Case No. 699 of 2020.
