The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended for committing dacoity of a loaded truck. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Rahul Kumar Chaudhary. The petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade. He is in jail since 13.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28598 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 76/2015.
