JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2021 The instant writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the post retiral dues such as pension, arrears of pension and gratuity.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3 and a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4 in the instant case. In paragraph-4 of the supplementary counter affidavit, it has been categorically stated that the full pension and full gratuity authority has been issued on 25.09.2020 and
Patna High Court CWJC No.2578 of 2020(5) dt.07-01-2021 2/2 excess payment of Rs. 22,650/- of leave encashment has been adjusted from the gratuity amount.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed during pendency of the instant application. In view of the stand of the parties, since the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed, the writ petition is disposed of.
