The statement of victim was recorded at paragraph-17 of the case diary, in which, he stated that he was mercilessly assaulted by petitioner and co-accused, Latua Yadav @ Latua Kumar Yadav.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused, Latua Yadav @ Latua Kumar Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Singheswar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 to the satisfaction of
