Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of the husband of the informant. Suspicion is against the petitioner, who is relation of the informant, to have committed the murder for the reason that the deceased has asked for refund of his rupees two lacs given to the petitioner. Further suspicion is against other family members also for the reason of land dispute in the family.

Submission is that co-accused Rakesh Singh and Satish Singh have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4281 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 52743 of 2018. Petitioners are in custody since 27.06.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Considering the fact of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No. 314/2018/31/2018 arising out of Akbarpur Police Station Case No. 79 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
