2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 559 of 2025 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner is only the order giver and nothing else against her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of land dispute attributed between the paties. He submits that the entire prosecution story is false, fabricated , concocted and malicious.

He lastly submits that the petitioner is a house wife and she belongs to respected family. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

From perusal of the FIR and the impugned order of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shekhpura dated 10.12.2025, it appears that only on the basis of written report of the informant, Md. Soni, FIR has been registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS against four co-accused persons including the present petitioner and the allegation is that she is only the order giver and nothing else. It also appears that the petitioner is a lady having got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition, so considering all these aspects of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the trial Court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura
