Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bheldi P.S.Case No. 270 of 2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the parties are agnates and the case lodged by petitioner no.1 is prior to the present case. He has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5769 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 further that petitioner no.1 has also sustained injury. There is land dispute between the parties regarding the partition of the properties. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shushant Sapar J.M. 1st Class Saran in connection with Bheldi P.S.Case No. 270 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
