Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the petitioner was caught in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.Case No. 204 of 2015 and made his confessional statement accepting his involvement in the present case and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
