JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.26 of 2008 registered under Sections 144 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 151, 153 and 174 of the Indian Railway Act. Considering that prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52589 of 2008 and he has approached this Court once again after lapse of almost ten years, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter.
