The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having snatched the purse of the informant, however, the police is stated to have intercepted the accused persons including the petitioners herein and as far as the co-accused person, namely, Babbu Kumar Yadav is concerned, the said purse and one

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 26.10.2019. Lastly, it is submitted that as far as the petitioners are concerned, no incriminating article or stolen purse has been recovered. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the fact that no stolen article has been recovered from the petitioners herein, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioners on regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruraj at Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019.
