This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 81/2022, arising out of Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. As per seizure list, total 2.50 gram Rs. 2,10,200/- cash and a mobile was said to have been recovered from his possession of the petitioner. In view of the huge recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
