The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by this Court on 10.10.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.52088 of 2018 in connection with Rahui Police Station Case No.347 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the loss amount claimed in the matter of electricity theft. The amount shall be deposited within three months.

Though the same has been deposited but not within the time schedule. Hence, the petitioner has not furnished the bail bond. Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner for furnishing bail bond in pursuance of order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.52088 of 2018.
