Mr.Lalit Kishore ( Ag ) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2021 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to delete the State of Bihar i.e. the respondent no. 1 from the memo of parties.

Accordingly, the respondent no. 1 stands deleted from the array of the parties at the risk of the petitioner. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the learned court below i.e. the learned court of Sub-Judge-1st, Sasaram at Rohtas to dispose off the pending Title Suit No. 877 of 2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner would be approaching the learned court of Sub-Judge-1st, Sasaram at Rohtas for expediting the suit

Patna High Court CWJC No.5112 of 2021(2) dt.17-04-2021 2/2 proceedings, hence this Court may direct the learned court of Sub-Judge-1st, Sasaram at Rohtas to consider the same in its right perspective and expedite the suit proceedings. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition, before the learned court of Sub-Judge-1st, Sasaram at Rohtas, inter alia praying therein for expediting the suit proceedings, which shall be considered by the learned court of Sub-Judge-1st, Sasaram at Rohtas it its right perspective.

It is needless to state that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the subject matter of the present petition.
