The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 of the RP(U.P.) Act. The petitioner is alleged to have thrown the sack after seeing the police from which two fish plates were recovered. The petitioner was also apprehended on chase. The petitioner is in jail since 24.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months and he is having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in R.P.F.
