Petitioner is accused in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 373 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation is that in course of enquiry, it was detected that the 4 F.I.R. named accused including the petitioner defalcated Rs. 78,25,874/- during the period between 2012-2014 of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank in Kharka Branch, Sitamarhi. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that three accused persons were the employees of the said Bank during the period of defalcation in the Bank and the petitioner has been

No.18873 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 named in the present case with allegation that he was engaged to do the work of computerization in the Bank, but no any document has been brought on record in course of investigation that he was authorized to do the work of computerization in the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Kharka Branch, Sitamarhi. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupri (Samastipur) in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 373 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
