The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended some of the accused persons on the allegation that they were planning to commit dacoity. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in jail since 06.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Dighalbank P.S.
