In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 370, 371, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4 and 5 of the Immovable Traffic Act. The Police raided the house from where the petitioner was arrested. Allegation has been made to be involved in the flash trading. The petitioner is in jail since 4th February 2016. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj
