Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015 registered under Sections 385, 387 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the informant, who is an eye witness of the occurrence, has disclosed the name of Vivek Singh who had gone to T.V.S. Motorcycle Agency and made demand of Cash and motorcycle but later on, in course of restatement, the informant disclosed the name of this petitioner saying that he had come earlier with F.I.R. named accused at the Motorcycle Agency and demanded ransom. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P.S.
