JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would avail the statutory remedy of appeal in accordance with the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

The writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under the Control Order, 2016 within a period of 30 days from today.

In case such an appeal is preferred before the authority concerned, the same will be considered on it's own merit, and in case a question of limitation arises for
