Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 580 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/120B of I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 09.11.2022 at about 18:15 in evening his father Nuneshwar Tanti aged about 65 years had gone outside to his house for natural call and some unknown persons fired bullet on his back and he died on the spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7316 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 580 of 2022.
