The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) A/26/25 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner was only passenger of Bolero vehicle where the police has seized country made loaded pistol. He further submits that country made pistol was recovered from the possession of Kundan Kumar and Gautam Kumar. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Case No. 84 of 2018.
