JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard Mr. Prashant Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Arun Kumar Bhagat, learned AC to AAG-12. Mr. Sinha informing that the petitioner has been reinstated submits that the back wages is yet to be paid. Mr. Bhagat in reference to the show cause submits that the steps have been taken for payment of the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

Mr. Sinha in reference to the letter of the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Annexure 'H' informs that yet there is inter departmental correspondence going on between the parties.

Patna High Court MJC No.2203 of 2017 (7) dt.10-01-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the District Magistrate, West Champaran has taken steps for payment of the consequential benefits to the petitioner as reflecting from his letter dated 11.12.2017 addressed to the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms, let the exercise be completed by the parties within four weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and with this observation, this contempt application is disposed of.
