2. The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondents authority to confirm the services of the petitioners who have been appointed in view of the Advertisement No. 106/1998 issued under the signature of the Bihar Public Service Commission on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1017 of 2019 dt.14-02-2019 2/2 post of Chemist and for grant of promotion according to the Research Cadre Rule on appropriate posts and also further grant of benefit of MACP (Modified Assured Career Progression) Scheme.
3. This Court has been made to understand that a representation has been filed by the petitioner before the Principal Secretary, PHED, Bihar, Patna but the same has not been acted upon.
4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct that a fresh representation before the concerned respondent within a period of three weeks from today along with a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation the same shall be disposed of by the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed forthwith.
5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
