Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

Prosecution case is that 135 liters country made wine and 4000 kg Mahua flower were recovered from Bolero. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge number of liquor recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further alleged that petitioner is to have registered owner of the vehicle.
