The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 registered under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42367 of 2014.

It is contended that the petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2014 and till date even charges have not been framed.

No. 42367 of 2014, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S.
