Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners came to house of the informant and assaulted him and his family members by means of iron rod, Gandasa, Lathi and Bhala in which they sustained injury. It is

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to previous enmity between the parties a simple occurrence of maarpit took place between them. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found superficial injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.
