Heard Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner-applicant, and Mr. Pushkar Narain Sahi, learned Additional Advocate General No.10, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents. Heard also Mr. S.D. Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General, appearing on behalf of the Government of India.
Having considered the averments made in the application and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the absence of the applicant and/or his counsel from the Court on 25.04.2016 was for reasons beyond
Patna High Court MJC No.1825 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 their control.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the order, dated 25.04.2016 aforementioned, is hereby set aside and CWJC No. 4453 of 2016 aforementioned is hereby restored to its original file.
