2. 15.09.2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a short prayer to the effect that the pending appeal of the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 29 of 2019, which is pending before the learned District Magistrate, Gaya, be directed to be disposed off within a stipulated time frame.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5 has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 29 of 2019, preferred against the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Supply Case No. 22 of 2019, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, by a reasoned and a speaking Order, in accordance with law, if the same has not already been disposed off.
