The petitioner seeks bail in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 67/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that the petitioner and others kidnapped his wife Gulesha Khatoon. The victim appeared in court and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she has love with the petitioner and she herself fled away with the petitioner.
