Petitioner is accused in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of enticing away of minor daughter by Pintoo Kumar, son of the petitioner. When the petitioner was approached by the informant, he was abused by him.

Submission is that in fact, petitioner is father of the co-accused Pintoo Kumar. He has falsely been implicated in this case only being the father of co-accused Pintoo Kumar, who is said to be enticed away the daughter of the informant. It is also
